IGP Méditerranée Sud Absolu Blanc

100% Muscat Petits Grains from hillsides with calcareous Miocene substratum. Attractive pale yellow with golden highlights. Intense nose of exotic fruit, passion fruit, and floral notes. Velvety and fleshy palate with plenty of fruit, good acidity, and a fresh citrusy finish. Pre-fermentation cold maceration at 14°C, slow pressing, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aged a few weeks in stainless steel. Cellar 2-3 years. Pairs with endive salad, asparagus, chicken with lemon, or tapas.
