Unctuous, aromatic, and fresh; vivid minerality with a rich aromatic palate of white flowers, peach, and apricot. Fermented in barrels at 16-18°C. Aged 7-8 months in fine oak from Allier and Nevers, 10% new oak, with weekly lee stirring.
