Its bouquet recalls white flowers, sage, and anisette, and in vintages from particularly sunny years, mature fruits such as peach and apricot. The taste is fresh and full-bodied. |

Single vineyard (4 hectares), vines average 15 years old. Cold decantation followed by stainless steel fermentation below 18°C. Aged 3 months in stainless steel with malolactic fermentation, then 1 month in bottle. Average production: 50,000 bottles. Serving temperature: 12-14°C.
