Tasting NotesAn elegant wine, it contains fresh mineral undertones that recall its proximity to the Adriatic sea. Light golden yellow color with pale green tones characterize this lovely Verdicchio. Its bouquet recalls white flowers, sage, and anisette, and in vintages from particularly sunny years, mature fruits such as peach and apricot. The taste is fresh and full-bodied.

Light golden yellow with pale green tones; bouquet features white flowers, sage, and anisette, with peach and apricot in sunny vintages. Fresh and full-bodied. Single vineyard (4 hectares), vines average 15 years old. Cold decantation followed by stainless steel fermentation below 18°C. Aged 3 months in stainless steel with malolactic fermentation, then 1 month in bottle. Average production: 50,000 bottles. Serving temperature: 12-14°C.
