A ninth-generation grower-producer in the Grand Cru village of Ambonnay, with roots dating to 1757. Eric assumed control in 1984 after formative years at Champagne Krug and in Burgundy. The estate farms 16 hectares of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, producing approximately 45,000 bottles annually, with up to 10 different reserve vintages blended into the final cuvees and roughly 70-80% of wines fermented in small oak barrels. Certified organic since 2012, Demeter-certified biodynamic since 2015.
