A family estate founded in 1925 near Montefalco, Azienda Agraria Moretti Omero was the second winery in Umbria to achieve organic certification (1992). Across 11 hectares of vines and 4,500 olive trees, Omero and his daughter Giusy cultivate rare native varieties including Sagrantino and Trebbiano Spoletino. No chemical treatments — they rely on stimulating natural plant resistance and spray only copper and sulfur in the most difficult vintages.
