Boveri Luigi
Boveri Luigi is a family winery in Costa Vescovato, in the Colli Tortonesi (Tortona Hills) of Piedmont.
In 1992 Luigi Boveri and his wife Germana dedicated the estate entirely to viticulture, and Luigi is recognised as one of the pioneers in the rediscovery of Timorasso, an indigenous white grape once forgotten and now a symbol of the territory's rebirth.
The family farms 28 hectares, 10 of white and 18 of red varieties: Timorasso, Cortese, Barbera, Croatina and Moscato. Their children Francesco, Matteo and Sara now work alongside Luigi and Germana.
