Located in Gorges, France in the Sèvre et Maine appellation, this 15-hectare estate features buildings dating to Louis XIII and a classic windmill. Managed by Véronique Günther Chéreau, the vineyard converted to organic operations in 2010. Volcanic gabbro, shale, and sedimentary rock soils create wines of elegance and exceptional bouquet.
