Located in the UNESCO World Heritage terraced vineyard of Lavaux, Vaud. Four generations of Piccard family stewardship. Currently managed by Jean-Christophe Piccard. The estate spans slightly over 2 hectares, grown without herbicides, insecticides, or mineral fertilizers for over ten years. Produces 12,000-15,000 bottles annually from ten grape varieties using artisanal methods with minimal intervention. Certified biodynamic.
