The de Sousa family farms 11 hectares in 42 parcels, mostly Chardonnay with many old vines rooted in limestone, with barrel vinification for older vines and long cellar ageing. The blend is 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier.
