The 2017 blend is 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc from 95 hectares of deep Garonne gravel, harvested 15 September to 5 October with manual and optical sorting, vinified in concrete and stainless steel and aged in French oak barrels. The château describes a vibrant colour, floral and red-fruit notes, and spicy and tobacco notes on the finish from the Cabernet Franc; a very fine wine with silky tannins.
