Vineyard plots Corbassières (Sion, 490m) and Raffort (Vétroz, 500m), vines aged 8-28 years. 24-hour skin maceration, thermoregulated fermentation, 9 months in stainless steel. Intense golden color, nose with aromas of ripe fruit (pineapple, passion fruit), fresh rhubarb and wisteria notes. Full and powerful palate, saline finish with iodine and fresh grapefruit notes. Serve at 7-10°C. Pairs with seafood, sushi, sashimi.
