Sourced from the Gopaldhara Estate at 2,000m elevation in Darjeeling, India, this sparkling tea is made from black tea harvested in the summer flush (May/June).
The distinctive muscatel character from the mountain terroir yields notes of ginger, mandarin, and wood spice. It pairs beautifully with grilled meats and roasted vegetables.
