Sourced from Tenru at 500m elevation in Shizuoka, Japan, this sparkling tea is made from carefully roasted Sencha leaves from the second summer flush.
The roasting process brings out notes of nori seaweed, hazelnut, and roasted chestnut. It pairs wonderfully with sushi or mushroom risotto.
