Biodynamic, hand destalked. Attractive red-pink color with fruity nose of citrus, yellow peaches, and strawberries. Soft and crisp initial taste with red fruit followed by fullness and good length. 4-month barrel aging, 2-year cellaring.

Specifications

Vinification	The pressing process is carried out slowly and gently via a pneumatic press. The settling process takes place statically and at a low temperature. The fermentation process is carried out in temperature-controlled tanks for around 3-4 weeks.
Élevage	The wine is aged for 4 months before being bottled by the estate.
Vineyard Soil	Deep clay and limestone
Harvest	Handpicked and the stalks removed.
Food Pairings	Perfect as an aperitif yet fabulous also with pâtés, grilled meats, fish, and spicy Asian cuisine.
