Tasting NotesDark red color. The nose is rich in fresh fruits, such as raspberry and currant. On the palate there are soft tannins, which invite one to take another sip. A wine to simply enjoy.
Food PairingsIdeal match for local dishes of the Maremma, wild boar and venison meat. It also goes perfectly with Pecorino Toscano DOP.

Dark red color. Fresh fruits, such as raspberry and currant. Soft tannins. 100% Sangiovese. Aged 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Vine age: 21 years. Yield: 6,000 liters/ha. Cellaring: 8 years (2021-2029).
